Licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy
I believe everyone is on a unique journey and deserves to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. There are many paths to healing and my goal is to come along side you wherever you may be to help you process what is happening, change what isn’t working, and support in maintaining lasting changes.
My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and discover your resiliency so that you can better navigate through life’s challenges. I do this by using a strengths based approach, encouraging open communication, providing psycho educational support and processing of emotions.
I provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing emotional and behavior issues, anxiety, depression, relational issues and trauma. There are many paths to healing and I offer various avenues to explore what has meaning to you as you navigate life and make lasting changes.
Lasting change comes from addressing all aspects including mind, body, and spirit. I have a passion for nature, animals, exercise, nutrition, and art. I try to find creative ways to apply them in the therapeutic process. I look forward to connecting with you, please do not hesitate to contact me!
